As part of the Intern Program, you will be aligned to our Director of Talent Acquisition but will have day to day interaction will be with your assigned liaison.  

• Develops financial model assessing customer level profitability.
• Assists with ad-hoc requests from finance and stakeholder teams.
• Applies business acumen to evaluate complex data sets.
• Acts as a dynamic member of project teams.
• Prepares and delivers presentation to senior team members.
• Develops effective business partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled and pursing a degree in higher education
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to new tasks 
• Initiative: Demonstrates a proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
• Creative thinker and problem solver; strength to question the status quo.
• Enthusiastic and team player with a can-do attitude
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capacity (Excel formulas such as pivot tables, vlookup, etc., PowerPoint)

The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

Our key technology is the Badger HydrovacTM, which is used primarily for safe excavation around critical infrastructure and in congested underground conditions. The Badger Hydrovac uses a pressurized water stream to liquefy the soil cover, which is then removed with a powerful vacuum system and deposited into a storage tank. Badger manufactures and designs our truck-mounted hydrovac units, giving us the opportunity to incorporate feedback from our hydrovac operators into existing and future design and manufacturing processes.
