About the Role

The Sr. Credit and Collections Analyst will be a remote position (hours 11AM-8PM) that is accountable for investigating, reviewing, and approving credit applications within delegated authority with established policies. This role is responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate credit information.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Researches and evaluates customers’ creditworthiness and reviews creditworthiness of account (based on applicable processes).
  • Partners with stakeholders (management, Sales, and Program Management) to monitor AR status, new customer creditworthiness, and continued monitoring of existing customers.
  • Orders customers’ Certificate of Insurance based on customer specifications.
  • Provides management and oversight of credit management activities including authorizing credit exceptions. 

Qualifications

What You'll Need for Success 

  • High-school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance. or related field preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and collections.
  • 2 years’ experience with billing software and systems. 
  • Experience with Oracle preferred.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
