About the Role

The Hydro Blast Technician will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials associated with Industrial Cleaning operations and high-pressure water blastingServices will be provided in an industrial setting and may require confined space work. This is a non-union role.  

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drives and operates Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles. 
  • Operates and sets up all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in service line hydro-blasting equipment and Tank Cleaning equipment such as hoses and pumps. 
  • Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all operational training, guidelines, and operational procedures. 
  • Adheres to all safety policies and practices, including use of personal protective gear. 
  • Works safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings (i.e. refineries, Power plants, etc.). 
  • Cleans, installs, fits repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment on tanks. 


What You'll Need for Success

  • High School diploma or equivalent.  
  • Valid Class A or B CDL is required with Tanker endorsement; or willingness to obtain it. 
  • Hydro blasting or pressure cleaning experience required. 
  • General refinery and plant experience is a plus. 
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites (Local or out of state).

  • Personal Protective Equipment provided.
  • Candidates must undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings such as driver’s abstract review and drug and alcohol test.
