Inside Sales Representative - Canada

About the Role

The inside sales role shall generate growth of “new” customers and or projects and provide support for the business development team. Additional growth opportunities with existing clients shall be identified by cross selling regional, national or North American opportunities.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creates opportunities with new customers through cold calling via the phone and email with averaging 50 to 60 calls per day.   
  • Utilizes electronic sources to qualify and create opportunities for Badger’s sales team to meet clients face to face.  
  • Identifies opportunities and contacts in other regions and push out to the business development team across North America.  
  • Assists with quotations and reviewing project documents as needed.  
  • Acts as initial contact for Hydrovac and other service inquiries that can increase utilization of the Badger units coming into the office.  

Qualifications

What You'll Need for Success 

  • Education: High School Diploma. 
  • Bilingual (French) required
  • Up to 2 years successful and proven inside sales experience with service-based business.  
  • Outside sales and research experience an asset but not required. 
  • Willingness and ability to navigate organizational systems and processes.
